I personally would put Health in the number one (1) spot. Why you may ask? Without good health it would be impossible to give your full attention to the other five, which includes Family. If you have good health, then you can put the family first.
How do you choose to eat? There are so many choices today on what to eat. Most of the time when we choose something to eat, we don’t think how that food correlates to a health us. At the Health News Library website that is their model: Learn How Food Correlates to a Healthy You.
