    • Do you have a recipe you don’t mind sharing with me. I have been making Kefir and fermented Kombucha tea, both to add intestinal flora. Sourdough does the same thing.

      I don’t trust all factory made sourdoughs (they add fillers), though I have found one at CostCo that is authentic.
